Andrea Grünewald

Andrea Grünewald has over 25 years of management experience in various global companies.

As a consultant, sales and marketing strategist, she has successfully led teams worldwide. Andrea is no stranger to change. Together with and in diverse multicultural teams, she successfully accompanied transformation processes.

In addition to organizational development, corporate mergers and the establishment of strategically important business units, leadership without disciplinary responsibility through motivation and team unification is one of her core topics.

Andrea is a communication trainer and coach and also knows how to form, motivate and lead multinational teams to success due to her intercultural competence. 

Anna Pannenberg

Anna Pannenberg has been freelance coach, senior consultant, and trainer for more than 20 years.

She has an extensive national and international coaching and training experience in various functions, both with multinational corporations and medium-sized companies as well as with individuals. 

As graduated economist and NLP train the trainer with a range of additional qualifications (Agile Master & Systemic Coach, Reiss Master, Synergos trainer, IHK Business Coach), she has an extensive toolbox at her disposal for tailored solutions for her customers and clients. 

Her consulting services include individual and team coaching, development workshops for executives, communication training, development of workshop concepts and implementation on topics such as change management, transformation or sequence processes, the introduction of new methods, and innovations (incl. software), and speaker at international conferences.

Depending on the problem of her customers, she selects relevant modules from all areas of relevance, which she then bundles into a target-oriented and resilient solution. 

Her credo is that sustainable success can only be achieved through committed employees or teams, who are trained in comprehensible and motivating training courses, which they need for qualification.

The training, coaching sessions or workshops can take place either in person, or online, or a mix of both. 

Her area of activities covers a wide range of industries, such as automotive, industries, pharmaceutical, food, financial services, education and public utilities.
